Norma has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience. She is currently the Senior Manager of U.S. Accounting and Consolidations at General Dynamics Land Systems and manages several accounting teams in her position.
Prior to joining the defense industry, Norma spent 15 years in automotive at General Motors and Stellantis managing global accounting and finance processes and sizable teams with a focus on continuous improvement and leadership. She has also served in banking and public accounting roles for Bank of America and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Norma is a trusted Board Member and CFO for Making it Count Community Development Corporation, a non-profit organization bringing positive change and equity to underserved communities.
Norma obtained her BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She later earned her MBA from the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University and holds CPA, CISA, and CIA designations.
