Shelia Minetola is the Vice President/Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging for Doner. Shelia is the first at the full-service advertising agency to hold the position. Shelia’s focus is to advance the agency’s overall DEI&B efforts internally while increasing client-based initiatives.
Before joining Doner, this Sister with Superpowers held a number of high-profile positions in the ad industry and the nonprofit sector. Her background includes working in business development, marketing and multicultural roles at UniWorld Group, IPG and Publicis Groupe.
With 20+ years ensconced in the advertising community, Shelia continues to focus on culture, clients and community — Doner’s three focus pillars for DEI&B.
